OAC is a father and son owned company founded in 1997. As a General Contractor, OAC has risen from our humble beginnings to become an established Prime Contractor. The majority of our experience has been performing design-build, new construction/renovations, alterations/additions, building system upgrades and repair/maintenance services in the Federal Government sector.
