OAC was established in 1997 as a family-owned business providing General and Specialty Trade Contractor services.  Our first decade of operations primarily consisted of servicing local public and private sector customers.  Over the last ten years, we have successfully expanded our operations to the public sector, with emphasis on the U.S. Federal Government.  Today, OAC is an international General Contractor with operational experience in nine (9) states, including Puerto Rico and multiple countries in Central/South America.  OAC’s experience portfolio includes design-build new and renovation construction for a wide array of facilities and infrastructure to support our client’s operations. Our team has successfully completed over 175 projects in the last five years.
